Pricing

One plan. Real numbers.
Drops as you grow.

Every site gets the full managed treatment — no Starter / Growth / Enterprise nonsense. The price per site goes down as you bring more sites under one roof: $50/mo for one site, $42/site for 2–5, $36/site for 6–15, and $30/site for 16–50. Mailboxes are $2/mo flat.

Need dedicated hardware, custom resources, or an SLA in writing? That's a quote, not a tier — and it's right below.

No commitment. We'll spec it out, then send a real quote.

Your quote
Custom /scoped
Because a slider shouldn't guess at your hardware.
Your own instance — private hardware, not a shared pool
Resources we size — CPU, RAM, storage and I/O to fit the load
Terms in writing — response times and uptime, in the agreement
The managed plan — all of it, still included — nothing held back
Still not a tier. It's the same managed plan on infrastructure we build around you — the price moves because the hardware does, not because we fenced off features.

Estimate only. Final pricing is set after we review your actual site, stack, traffic, and support needs. Migration included. Send us a note and we'll spec it out together.

Past the brackets

Some sites need their own box.

The brackets above cover almost everyone. But past a certain size — a store doing real volume, an application that shouldn't share hardware, a fleet well past fifty sites — the honest answer stops being a number on a slider. So we stop guessing and quote it.

Dedicated & private

Your own instance on your own hardware — not a slice of a shared pool. Isolated resources, isolated neighbors, isolated blast radius.

Single-tenant boxes, or a private cluster when the workload earns one.

Resources sized to you

CPU, RAM, storage and I/O picked for the workload you actually have — chosen after we look at your traffic, not selected off a menu.

Scale it later without re-platforming. Same stack, more room.

An SLA in writing

Response times and uptime commitments written into the agreement, with a named escalation path — not a promise on a marketing page.

We agree the terms with you before anything gets signed.

Everything in the managed plan comes with it. The backups, the updates, the monitoring, the same-day replies — all of it, unchanged. We don't hold features back so there's something to sell you later. The price moves because the hardware does.

Mailboxes? $2/mo flat, optional. Anything outside the plan? $95/hr, always quoted first. That's the whole menu.

Storage & fair use: "Unmetered" means we don't bill on bandwidth or visit counts. A soft 100 GB / site storage cap and fair-use enforcement against genuine abuse (DDoS amplification, illegal CDN use, etc.) live in the terms of service — we've never had to use them on a real WordPress customer.

FAQ

A few questions we hear.

Because every site needs the same things: real hosting, real updates, real backups, real support. Splitting that into tiers means someone is paying us to do less of our job. We don't want that. Every site gets the full kit; the price drops as you grow.
A distinct site or app with its own runtime — a WordPress install, a static HTML site, a Node app, a custom PHP project. Subdomains/multisite installs count by network, not subsite. Staging clones are free and don't count toward your billable total.
Yes. We move every site for you, end-to-end. We handle DNS, SSL, mail records, the works. Most migrations take a few business days from kickoff to launch.
Per-site, applied to your whole fleet automatically. So 6 sites is $36/site × 6 = $216/mo, not 1 × $50 + 4 × $42 + 1 × $36. Cleanest, lowest math wins.
Same plan, same kit. If your traffic profile demands a dedicated server or beefier resources we'll spec that out together — but you stay on the same managed treatment. No "enterprise SKU" with hidden margin.
Yes, on a custom agreement. If you need response times and uptime commitments written down rather than promised, we'll agree those terms with you and put them in the contract. That moves you off the per-site brackets and onto a quote — the terms usually come with dedicated hardware behind them.
Yes. Some workloads shouldn't share a box — heavy stores, busy applications, anything where a noisy neighbor is a real risk. We'll build a dedicated instance with resources sized to the workload: CPU, RAM, storage and I/O chosen after we look at your traffic, not picked off a menu. Dedicated setups are quoted rather than bracketed.
It becomes a custom quote. The per-site number keeps improving past 50, but the honest figure depends on what the fleet actually looks like — how much of it is heavy, how much of it is idle, how much dedicated capacity it needs. Tell us the fleet and we'll come back with real numbers.
Month-to-month, cancel any time. We'll help you export your sites cleanly to wherever you're going. We'd rather have you back later than trap you now.
Yes. $2/mo per mailbox, 100 GB soft limit each, on any domain that's pointed at our MX. No "starter inbox" tier, no per-feature upsell. Webmail, IMAP, SMTP, the full stack.
Anything outside the managed plan — custom dev, deeper performance work, audits, malware cleanup, migrations from unusually messy stacks — is billed at $95/hr. We always quote the work and get your approval before we start. Most weeks the answer is zero hourly work; the managed plan covers everyday maintenance.
WordPress is our specialty, but no — we also host plain PHP apps, static HTML sites, Node.js services, and custom builds on the same managed plan. Same servers, same backups, same support, same engineers. Volume pricing applies the same way: per site, regardless of stack.

Use the estimate as a starting point.

Then let's make it real. We'll review your sites, stack, and support needs and send a real quote — not an upsell tree.
