Nope! You’re free to cancel your hosting anytime, no questions, no hassle.
You can pay monthly or annually, whichever is most convenient for you. All hosting prices shown are based on monthly payment terms, however, annual discounts are available which are shown during checkout.
You will be billed immediately for your services. Existing clients will be charged a prorated amount based on their signup date for all new hosting purchases. This ensures billing within your account is synchronized and done on the same day each month.
Once payment is received and passes our automatic fraud scanning, your account will be activated immediately! Be on the lookout for confirmation emails sent to the email that you signed up with.
If you already own a domain and have pointed it to Hosterr, it should work immediately. If you have purchased a new domain during sign up, propagation can take up to 48 hours, though in most cases the domain is available in a matter of minutes.
Yes! If you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund your hosting costs.
Please note: we are unable to refund fees for 3rd party services such as premium SSL certificates. Domains are also non-refundable, however, you will retain ownership – you can continue to use Hosterr as your registrar if you’d like, or you can transfer the domain to a new registrar.
